Azmi & Associates is pleased to have advised Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (BPMB) on the financing and restructuring of Tawarruq Asset Financing Facilities amounting to RM 329.46 million. The facilities were provided for the development, construction, management and maintenance of the Integrated Transport Terminal (ITT) in Gombak, Selangor.

The ITT, officially launched by the Prime Minister on 29 September 2025, will serve as an important transport hub connecting the Klang Valley and the East Coast, with facilities including bus bays, parking spaces and retail outlets.
