We are pleased to share that Azmi & Associates acted as legal adviser to Zecon Berhad’s renewable energy unit in connection with the execution of a 30-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Syarikat Sesco Berhad. Under the agreement, Zecon Renewables (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd will develop, own, and operate a 100 MWₐ𝚌 solar photovoltaic facility at Kota Petra Green Technology Park, Kuching, with commercial operations expected to begin in December 2027.

Our team, comprising Senior Counsel Mahadi Abdullah, Partner Sharizan Sarif, and Senior Associate Asiah Siddiqah Abdurrahman, represented and advised Zecon throughout the negotiation and execution of the agreement.
