Azarith Sofia Aziz (Partner of Media, Technology and Intellectual Property Practice Group of Azmi & Associates), was recently invited as a speaker in a panel discussion at the “Build a Future Through STEM” event organized by Qiub.

The event, held at Worq Sunway Velocity on 25 February 2025, led on discussion why STEM is shaping the future. It gathered aspiring, talented and like-minded individuals, entrepreneurs, innovators and startup founders with different backgrounds – all who believe in impacting the world through technology.

Azarith Sofia, joined a panel discussion titled “Structuring, Protecting & Growing Your Startup” alongside Azlan Fazly Mustaza (founder of aplikasius). She highlighted crucial aspects of intellectual property strategy and discussing the common pitfalls startups often encounter. Other brilliant and inspiring speakers include Matt Kamil (Co-Founder of Qiub and CMO at Aphelia), Amirul Merican (Co-Founder & COO at Qarbotech), Tunku Omar Asraf (Partner at Artem Ventures), Khairin Chan (Sedekah.Je & SWE of BloomThis) and Hazli Johar (Co-Founder & CEO of Cynco).
