On 7 November 2025, Azmi & Associates, through its Lawyers’ Engagement Committee (LEC), held a discussion session with our current group of 16 pupils at our Kuala Lumpur main office. The purpose of the session was to share information, address common questions about pupillage, and provide general guidance as they progress through their training.

The session was led by the LEC Chairperson, Partner M Inamul Hassan Shah, together with Ammera Hadi, Muhammad Syazwan Suliman, Zhilal Adnan, Luqman Hakim Jam Sari Muhamad and Aqil Azim. Key matters discussed included expectations during pupillage, work processes within the Firm, career development pathways, and tips on building good working relationships. The session also touched on the Firm’s culture and the importance of teamwork and camaraderie.

We thank our LEC members and pupils for taking part in this session. The Firm will continue to organise similar engagements to support our pupils during their time with us and to help them prepare for their future roles in the legal profession.
